The breakfast was very nice and tasty. The location was fine and a comfortable walk to town. We enjoyed the chats at breakfast table with the owners.

The only thing was the coffee station in the hallway and not in the room.

everything.. specially a warm welcome by Andrew and Teresa. felt like being part of family home.

Our hosts were really friendly, caring, informative and helpful. We felt very welcome and hope to go back should we visit that area again. Having stayed in many B and B's we can honestly say it was the best breakfast we have had in one.

The room, the hosts, the location, the view and the breakfasts were all great. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. It was lovely chatting to other guests over breakfast too.

All very good, perhaps a more comfortable chair/lounge in the bedroom would be good too but there’s really nothing to complain about at all.

Bathroom facilities could be upgraded but I understand the difficulty in doing so

Andrew and Theresa were warm and welcoming hosts and gave us a lot of valuable information for our trip, about Bathurst, its history, and the destinations in and around town. The house and our room was modern and clean, cosy, lots of space, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and warm (in the middle of winter). Nice lounge room to relax in front of the wood-fire place! Excellent cooked breakfast to our wishes every morning. We felt very much at home and were well looked after. Thank you Theresa and Andrew for your outstanding hospitality!

There were no areas of dissatisfaction.

Our stay at the Bed and Breakfast was great. A really nice alternative to a hotel stay. Andrew and Therese are lovely, and the breakfasts are perfect!
