It is quite near to the Toji station. There is a huge mall very close to the hotel.
The rooms are very small. And even the washrooms were very small. The amenities are pretty old

The hotel has a convenient location not far from the central station, which makes it easy to travel around the city. There is also a large shopping mall nearby with many popular stores. The room includes basic amenities such as a TV, kettle, and fridge, as well as some small useful items. Compared to other hotels in Kyoto, the price is very good, which makes this option attractive.
The room is quite small, and the furniture layout is not very practical, so it feels even more limited in space. The bathroom is also small. The hotel itself looks a bit old, and the furniture and overall interior seem worn, although it is still acceptable for a short stay.

The reception staff were as accommodating and helpful as they could be. I felt welcomed despite arriving hours before check-in time. I left my luggage and wandered until it was time to check-in.
It is a bit dated. The bathroom is very small but you cannot leave the door open during a shower as this can trigger the smoke alarm. It felt a little bit claustrophobic & so I could not truly relax.
