Everything is good, this is third times choose this motel because reasonable price and location but a bit disappointed because room condition this time not good at all. The room smells bad.

The bed are good. There a 4 power sockets for the whole family to used. They is a kettle provided. The size of the tv and channel are outstanding.

The need to change or upgrade their water heater and toilet bowl. The toilet door need some repairs. The water pressure need to be check or upgrade.

The property was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed for our 2 night stay. The staff were helpful in booking our day tour and also refunded half of the day we didn’t utilise due to bad traffic.

The area was quite far from the bus station and the restaurants in the surrounding area weren’t great. In relation to the tour, it was ok - we thought we would be getting a guide going round with us giving us lots of information on the tea plantation, strawberry farm and butterfly place - but we were just dropped at the door and minimal information given, despite that he was really friendly.

did not have manual how to use shower, how the hot water work, have to figure out ourself.. did not show which the hot water which is cold, on second day there is no water.. 🤬
