The staff were the standout here. They helped us at the last minute to have a place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy to get into town. Good stay!
The showers took us a minute to figure out! (Americans) and it’s a little loud in the area, but those were all minor.

Good cafes nearby for breakfast. Excellent bus connections to the city centre/ old town/ university
The decor of the room and furniture. Central heating controls needed mending. Bathroom door handle stiff and difficult to exit the room.

The location was great.
The room felt tired. It was in the top floor and was small. The complementary drinks came with paper cups, the tray it was on hadn't been cleaned. The fact there was a dehumidifier and additional portable dehumidifier didn't install confidence.
A huge crack in the sink poor shower head, and rusted tap ware.

"Sehr schön zentral gelegen und gut angebunden an City und Verkehrsnetz. Trotzdem schön ruhig"
