The staff were helpful. At first we were given the room without a bathtub but after communicating with the staff they changed our room. The non-renovated room was way better than the renovated room we were given at first. Bigger room, better bathroom, higher floor and nicer view.

First, the breakfast was bad, there were mostly Chinese options with dishes like steamed buns and duck blood noodles, which aren’t what foreigners would expect to be served for breakfast in a five star hotel. Some of the Chinese options were over salted on the first day and under salted the next day, which shows lack of standards. Some of the staff in the restaurant were not well dressed, tables had no napkins, not properly cleans dishes put on the table. Second, the building is very old on the outside, as well as the lobby and dinning area. The lobby had a strange, suffocating air refresher smell. Third, no concierge to help carrying your luggage out of the car.

It’s as expected, good value for money.

I liked the location of the hotel.

Although the hotel has been renovated 2 years ago, it is very 'used'. You can see it in the design, in the wholes in the carpet, in the squeking doors. Everything is old and looks very used.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s not far fro the city center. I would recommend this place for anyone who travels to Nanjing.

Facilities are a bit old in my room.
