the room lacked proper soundproofing and suffered from significant indoor and outdoor noise. the rooftop pool bar closed early at 8:00 PM.

This is a great hotel. Clean and staff were so friendly. Pool area was lovely and just a short taxi ride to torrevieja. Would recommend. Looking forward to my next stay.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Would have liked a terrace or balcony. The location was ok but not quite where we wanted to be for this particular trip.

The modern feel, big clean rooms

I understand completely we are not in the uk however the hotel seems to cater to everyone but English, not a single English tv channel and old TVs so not possible to connect a phone, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which for me is just standard, lifts take too long for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Breakfast although a lovely selection of continental food, the hot food wasn’t even warm, cold beans, cold eggs, and all the staff besides the young dark haired lady on reception when we arrived who is lovely, were rude, dismissive, un accommodating, I wouldn’t return to the hotel personally I think a lot could be improved
