Stayed here three months ago so convenient

Starting to show wear and tear

good for what it is - a place to sleep to break up a road trip.

it’s very basic.

Room was very clean and spacious. Hosts were very attentive. Location not really central to Woolgoolga but cost was good.

better transparency around cost of rooms. I needed a late check-in (8:30pm) and my original booking needed to be upgraded and this cost me an additional 50% and then it was self check-in when I arrived. I needed pet friendly accommodations and having a pet is an additional charge $25/pet. the room was good value but I prefer these details to be upfront and transparent at the point of booking. out of the motels control but the woman in room 17 was horrific. she spent the entire night and early morning screaming and yelling expletives at her travelling companion. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Absolutely nothing

The fact that the room booked 3 weeks before was a tiny room at the back of the reception area and toilet and shower was shared with the staff. Spoketo the Manager and told him n that this accommodation was not açceptablec and then Ieft the premises.

Room was very comfortable

Bit of confusion with booking and text sent came very late to be made aware

It was good to find a pet friendly room at short notice.

When we arrived the room stunk of cigarette smoke. We were so tired from drive we just put up with it. Incredibly overpriced for the sake of one extra bed, plus then having to pay a surcharge for a pet which was a bit rude considering the human stench we were confronted with.
