We only stayed for one night but it was really comfortable. Easy to find and staff very friendly and helpful.

The parking it was also good. The house was clean. So I can not say much We really enjoyed staying there

Location was great and very comfortable. Located in center of Pamplona, we've really appreciated wonderful support and kindness provided by the Lady as Desk Agent whom did the best to support us and with smile. Very very appreciated her great welcome . Perfect.

the apartment is not inside the hotel but in another building, this was not said, we arrived late from the trip it was very cold and windy, we had to walk to the other building with two children and we didn't like it. In addition, the attendant wanted to write down our credit card number in case we vandalized the apartment, we have stayed in numerous establishments throughout Europe and Spain and we have never been asked for such a thing "the stay was already paid".

That I had to pay a fortune for a not nice place at all …was the most expensive apartment we rent his holidays and clearly the most ugly one …we do not recommend this place and for sure we will not come back

It was a nice place to stay. Very spacious and clean.

Difficult to open and lock doors.

Great apartment with lots of facilities washer, fridge tv and aircon. The chap that met us at reception was very helpful and we could park the car under ground & off the road. There was a big supermarket near the apartment also where we got a few essentials. If you don’t mind a 20 minutes stroll to the old town where there are lots of bars restaurants and able to watch life go bye. I would definitely stay again and recommend others too.
