Very clean and roomy. We loved the proximity to the race track and downtown. Plenty of parking room. It was a great place for our group to come and go as they pleased. We will stay again!

3 old friends from highschool and two other friends from Arkansas celebrated my 70 birthday. The house was clean, very nice and beds were comfortable. We totally enjoyed our visit. And we definitely would rent again.
I just got a call from one of the girls.. she had put cupcakes in the microwave and forgot they were there until now... you might want to check and make sure the cleaners threw them out.
Also.. we could not locate the light switch for the great room until the morning we left.. might want to post where that switch is located for the next renter.

We loved the large table to eat at together, the porch to hang out on, and the living room stocked with family games. It was also easy to get in and out of and a great location for what we wanted to see and do while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay while on a little getaway. The host was super nice and quick to responses for anything we needed! Location was perfect for the things we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids or with families! The house was super clean and equipped with what we needed!

On annual trip to Hot Springs, this is a great house to stay in for the races. Just a half mile or so south of the track, easy in - easy out. House was very CLEAN, check in / out was a breeze and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions.
Would most definitely recommend and would stay here again without question.

My wife and I stayed with another couple and everything was awesome. We honestly spent most of our time at the track and had it not been a mudder weekend we could've easily walked to Oaklawn. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future!

The house was exactly like the description, very clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. This was a group of ladies having a girl's trip and we felt very safe. Great backyard space too! If we ever go back this will be the one we rent again!

This home was great stay for my family and I as it was close to major attractions in the Hot Springs area. In addition, the home was spacious, clean, well equipped and the host was super quick to answer some questions after we checked in. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Beautiful clean house in great location. Close to everything
We were to celebrate our friends 91st birthday. There were 5 of us all over the age of 60. The house was perfect for us and very clean with great beds and pillows. We had everything we needed. I would advise anyone to take the trolly tour first thing. It will take you all over Hot Springs and tells you what is there and great history. The driver was very funny and we even got to stop and get bottled water from the Hot Springs. I would gladly rent this house again. Many thanks to Sam

Great Homebase
We used the home as our homebase during a bike race weekend. It had everything we needed including comfy beds, room to relax post race and stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast. The home was extremely clean and that was much appreciated!
