The apartment was fine, it was relatively comfortable and relatively clean

There was an unbelievable barrage of emails from the property, so much so that it was pretty difficult to find the pertinent information. Despite the excessive emailing, we still arrived and hadn't had a description of how to actually enter the property, so had to call the help centre. The rules of the stay were pretty officious and not at all resident friendly. Asking us to take our sheets with us to the office when we left "because the cleaners are scared of Covid" was a good example. When I booked, I also had no idea that we were going to have to pay for our sheets and towels, and then make the beds ourselves. In addition, there were many signs in the property about skis and ski boots being prohibited, but we had no instructions on where we should leave our skiing equipment. All in all, the admin didn't ruin our stay, but it was am additional hassle that was rather unnecessary.
