Good location, good size, comfy settee!

Bathroom needs updating and there seem to be plenty of wasps in it!! Carpet needs replacing

Shower / Bathroom is the only letdown in this great little apartment

central location, lots of space, beautiful kitchen, great staff

could not get the shower to run hot water, was not fixed by the time we went back a second time (10 days after the first stay) ended up showering in the ladies changing rooms), the TV in the apartment automatically shuts off when the bar closes which is super early (9pm) and last orders was 8:30.

Nothing - it was disgusting.

It was filthy with a mouldy bath mat, mould around the bath, mouldy windows, it smelt of cigarettes, it was dirty everywhere with spiders webs and dead spiders, a dirty fridge, and the beds were uncomfortable and there was NO hot water. There was also an eighteen birthday party directly below the apartment which I had not been informed of. I complained to staff who were understanding when I said I refused to stay there. I requested a phone call from manager as I expect a full refund. I have not heard from the manager yet. I left and had to find alternative accommodation for my family at very late notice. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I would like a full refund.

Very convenient for where we were visiting. large car park, spacious, clean apart from the cooker and it's pans. Quiet appart from when we assume a football match was on downstairs on TV (to be expected as it was a bar and went it quiet again afterwards.)

lack of hooks in bathroom, toilet didn't flush strongly enough, had to use a bucket of water to flush at times. no hooks in bathroom for towels or clothes, light bulb in bedside lamp not working. cooker and pans dirty, only 1 fork, All little things easily rectified.

Huge turd greated us in the toilet on arrival and would NOT dissappear even with a few flushes. Soon became apparent that the whole flat had poor water flow meaning toilet didn't flush well. Had to fill bowls to pour into cistern to get it to flush - dirty toilet. Bathroom grubby. water flow improves when golf club below is closed. Poor WiFi TV did not work Carpet runner missing from bedroom doorway with 2 screws sticking out of the floor. Not ideal Grease on cooker hood Lacked in cutlery -only 1 fork in kitchen. Do not take the throw off the chair in the lounge if easily freaked out by dirt! Felt more like a flat used by staff when staying over after late nights at the golf club rather than somewhere that hosts guests. Luckily we had no children with us so it did for the brief night we needed it for but if I had kids with me I would have been worried about health & safety as the nails in the carpet caught your feet and the bathroom on arrival was almost a crime scene. I was advised by the very nice lady at reception that if I needed anything to come down and ask but quite frankly nothing short of a squad of cleaners, a plumber and builder could have sorted what was needed. I will be contacting management when I get home
