Convenient location, the host was more than welcoming and able to offer advice to get the most out of my stay. the breakfast was luscious and I’ll be sure to come back. thanks Alberto 🙏 The park over the road is a beautiful place to walk, run and ponder.

Although the room is a bit small for two people, it's clean and cozy! The host is very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations as a local. The breakfast is tasty, especially, the homemade pancake. I feel it's even better than the breakfast in the hotel

Host was so Lovely and helpfull with Travel recommendations , and weather updates honestly could not fault him, the breakfast was a lovely continental with freshly croissant and amazing pancakes. 10/10

The best part of this B&B is the host, Albert. He was very helpful and knowledgable with things to do in the area (especially if you want a more real Amsterdam feeling- not just tourist areas). We had a wonderful time and loved riding the bikes around everywhere. The room is comfortable and you have everything you need. The breakfast is delicious, especially the pancake!! :)

Alberto is such a friendly person. He made us feel at home. The breakfast was very good. The location is close to the center and you can get around. We even took the night bus to the airport.

The room was really cozy and colourful. Breakfast was perfect! Many options, and the best pancake ever!!! And the owner is such a friendly and polite man! Gave me many tips about the city and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed! It was the best Hollidays!

Alberto is a wonderful host!

Alberto and Ilario are impeccable hosts. The place is not only beautiful but clean and have its own character. If you like antique you will enjoy this place. Breakfast superb and had pancake everyday. Cute cats especially Moira that used to sleep with me :) I had a wonderful time and loads of fun with Alberto :) and of course Ilario too. We had great days in Amsterdam. The host is very very nice and gives good tips on what to see in Amsterdam and its surroundings. Breakfast is exceptionally good. Every morning you can get fresh pancakes (hearty or sweet) and eggs with bacon. The accommodation was very nice. The apartment is decorated with loving details. The two cats that live in the apartment are looking forward to a few cuddles :) Thanks again for the super nice hospitality.

The place was quite good. Please note it is not central, but as the metro/bus/subway system is excellent, to me it didn't make a difference at all. Also, the main station was just a few minutes away and there are restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Alberto, my host should definitely be rated as a super host. He goes out of the way and was extremely helpful in guiding me on everything from places to visit to how to use the metro system, places to dine and buy cheese, etc. He also gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. Opposite the apartment, there is a beautiful park as well. They also give out bikes on rent, so an added advantage.

The front door lock is very capricious, sometimes takes a few mins to unlock.
