The hotel is on the best location possible for ski guests. The staff were very friendly and so helpful in every aspect.
The pillows in the room was not so comfortable.

I'll visit the Hotel again - for its staff helpfulness, they went out of their way at all times to accommodate our needs.

Very nice and cosy hotel. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Location is top. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ischgl. This was on the top of the list of best stays.

Owner and staff were super friendly and warm, they created a family-like atmosphere.
Some of those home-made sauces at breakfast were unbelievable.
Hotel is located “downtown,” on the main street, surrounded by bars and restaurants, a few steps away from the Silvretta gondola.
