Direkt an der Ecke von 8th und North Downing liegt dieses Haus in der Nähe der Stadt und einen Block vom Strand entfernt. Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden (Strandtücher bitte mitbringen). Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeekanne. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Klavier und einen Kamin. Das Esszimmer liegt direkt neben der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Videorecorder, Stereoanlage und Wecker. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Einzelbett. Es gibt auch einen Futon auf der Sonnenbank. Dieses Haus hat nur Parkplätze für 2 Autos; keine Haustiere oder Rauchen.

The location is great and the house is charming with its old architecture. Just a heads up that the only shower is downstairs, through the kitchen and living area near the front door. Also the two recliners should be replaced or removed, one is broken and completely lopsided, the other's handle is literally broken with only half the handle left and no cushion. Other than that it was as advertised!

Fun northern Oregon Coast weekend with friends!The house is well located in Seaside about a block from the Prom and close to town.We had plenty of space and kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in the carport. Communciation with host was very responsive and helpful.Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to return soon!

It was a nice house to stay in. The 2 rooms with the twin beds were small, but for us it was nicer to have more rooms instead of big rooms, so the kids could each have their own. Close to the ocean. Close enough to center of town to walk there, but far enough away that it was quiet. We liked staying there.

On one hand, it was clean, the kitchen was adequate, and the location was quiet.
However, the building is very old, and while updated over the years, its age is apparent. The twin bedrooms are minuscule and dark and the bathrooms are inadequate for handling a medium sized group. (Replace the toilets!) I objected to having dirty, used pillows—I felt they'd been put in the house after being deemed no longer acceptable for the original users. The furnishings consisted mostly of cast-offs, some probably purchased new in the 1950s.
