Tutto molto nuovo (creata nel 2019) e di design colazione molto buona e ricca e la ragazza che si occupa dell’accoglienza è veramente brava e molto gentile. Le camere sono tutte iper accessoriate con tutto super nuovo. La Posizione eccellente al centro di san Teodoro ed a pochi km dalle spiagge più importanti. la struttura ha parcheggio davanti per 3 auto. Altrimenti uno posizionato sul retro distante 50 metri.

Le camere piano terra sono due una molto piccola e buia che da sull’interno precisamente sulla sala colazione per cui non è assolutamente comoda ne adatta per un soggiorno di vacanza. L’altra molto più spaziosa posizionata all’entrata ma anch’essa ha problemi di rumore.

Het ontvangst was een beetje rommelig. Meisje die ons ontving deed haar best met engels maar verder niemand gezien. Werd weinig informatie gegeven onder andere over ontbijt.

Good location with some parking. Its a lovely resort. Nice breakfast too.

The mattress wasn't so good, which one of the staff the next day said they are always replacing..

Very good location, and helpful staff

The water from the tub in the bathroom was brown. There was no chair or little table in the room to leave our things. The window in the room was practically useless as the breakfast was served right outside it. Noise during breakfast from 8:00.

The host was not around in case we had any questions. While he provided his phone number, it took time for him to answer, and would provide short responses as if he didn’t have the time for these type of questions.

The location was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable The only thing was we booked rooms with a balcony and they were ground floor not an issue as long as we were charged correctly

Good communication..I arranged an early check in which was cool as had to check out of the last place at 10am. Fantastic location next to all the restaurants and town centre. Staff are super friendly and we worked something out for cleaning my room as I was partying all night and sleeping all day :D

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was super clean. The city centre is just around the corner. Breakfast was great. Overall a very nice stay :)

The room facilities are new and very modern. The service was very good as they accommodated our vegan breakfast request.

The mattress is very poor quality, sponge-like and with huge marked depressions.

My mom, my baby and me stayed 5 days at BB Sole E Luna, we stayed in the room on the end of the ground floor which has the window to the breakfast area - as my baby always wakes up at 6-7 am, this was not a problem for us, but I advise you to always ask before which room they will give you, otherwise this might be inconvenient, the host did offer me another room for more 10 euros per day but we decided to stay in this one, in the end I think was also good for us and the other guests because my baby woke up few times in the night crying :/

everything was very nice, however a small table or chair could be available in the room.

The breakfast i had was all i need, so it was good, it was perfectly quiet, i had parking just below my room perfect, in the centre lots of places to eat etc

Excellent positioning, very close to the town center and the restaurants; Tasty breakfast, but no so varied; Efficient AC that managed to cool down the room. It used to get very hot in the afternoon.

The mattress was rather soft and it felt uncomfortable; The access to the balcony was through the bathroom.

We had a lovely time at the B&B Sole E Luna in San Teodoro. Our room on the first floor was spacious, had all the amenities needed, a huge wardrobe, AC, a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom with a wonderful large shower. There are three parking places in front of the B&B – if they are taken there is a free parking area just down the road (1 min walk). If you want a quiet room, go for the onces without balcony, as they are facing the Town center – and San Teodoro being a tourist resort is not quiet during nighttime 😉. The best thing about our stay was breakfast. Melissa made us feel really welcome, she was friendly, cheerful, gave us loads of tips on what to do and see and made the start into each day a pleasant one. AND her daily homemade cakes were such a special treat … - we had to come back for 2 more nights 😉.

Reception area is too empty and has thus has really bad acoustics.

Melissa was awesome! Best recommodations from her. She serves the breakfast and is lovely! She made our stay unforgetable!
