Quality of sleep is exactly what I needed. And add on the kind and friendly staff, location to the Quicentro Shopping Center/Mall if we want to go shopping, restaurant options, park for walking if we wanted to get some steps in or go for a stroll and the ease of access to medical centers.

I guess that when the pool facility is closed there is no access to the terrace but is not a deal breaker.

The location is great if you need to be in the business sector, it is also close to Quicentro Mall if you need to do some shopping, and the beds in the second bedroom are far more comfortable than the Master Bedroom. The 24 hour security is great and all the staff from security to cleaning are very welcoming.

I think there are a couple of things that were out of the control of the owner of the property such as the access to the pool and then there is the whirlpool which is closed until further notice. The pool hours are not very friendly to those staying on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday since they close it down at 5:00pm on Sunday evening and does not open again until Wednesday morning.

Location was great , very accessible to sightseeing. Security was top notch overall. Very friendly staff, my questions where all answered adequately.

What I didn't like but was unpredictable, We found out, we could had two keys but only one was available. It was a little inconvenient at times, overall I liked the stayed. Will book again in the future.

The apartment has nice rooms with a large double bed in one room and two big 1-person beds in the other room. It is very well situated and the guards of the building are very nice and helpful. The place is safe and there are plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops to have breakfast in the neighbourhood, as well as grocery stores. The apartment has no view (the windows give on a wall) but is behind another building so you don't have issues with street noise (as is the case with many apartments in the neighbourhood. We used the swimming pool. It is warm and quite spacious. It has 2 maintenance days every week so you need to be lucky.

This amazing apartment is located in a very fancy building, a safe area of Quito right next to restaurants and parks. Security, private, modern, fancy, and easy to check in. The landlord accepts PayPal and cash only, not credit cards. I like this apartment a lot. They have 2 huge rooms and 2 separate bathrooms too. Huge wardrobe walk-in.

A bit expensive in Ecuador price, but you get what you pay. Really recommend.
