This accommodation is the best we have ever had in Greece, though we have visited a few places. Some extras: surprisingly big apartment with huge balcony with a view, parking space in the shade, welcome food package and desserts, central A/C. Thank you Elena for everything, we would definitely like to come back :)

We enjoyed everything! I have never met a host nicer than Miss Elena. She was always interested to know if we are ok, she brought us some amazing pies. The house is simply amazing, even nicer than in the photos. It is super clean, very well equipped, we even had food and drinks in the fridge. Everything is super well thought. The terrace was very nice, we spent all our late evenings there and had breakfast as well. The location is perfect in Vasiliki and there is also a private parking. You do not need to bring anything with you from home, except for clothes 😊. Miss Elena and her team provides you with all you need in the house. Great stay! Will recommend it to all our acquaintances.

The best location we ever booked in Greece. Very clean, very well equiped, nice new furniture, the terrace is confortable and the owners are amazing. Much better the reality!

location, clean & comfortable hosts were fantastic, Elena made us a pie and a cake during our stay - delicious! they welcomed us on arrival and left essentials for us so didn’t have to pop to shops on the day. ideal parking, good aircon, lovely view from the terrace recommendations given regarding meals out and places to visit. fantastic & will stay here again!

Lovely and generous hosts, very comfortable bed, great terrace, modern and well looked after apartment in a quiet street.

The only windows are into the entrance area and the rooms could feel a little dark. This is no issue when you spend time outside during the day and there is a great terrace area to compensate for it too.

Superb apartment located in the heart of Vasaliki close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking close by. Fabulous spacious balcony overlooking the high street. Very Comfortable bed and good size, powerful shower. Well equipped kitchen and welcome pack. Delightful host who was very attentive and friendly. Thank you for the gift.

Everything was perfect! Hospitality, exactness and communication.

One of the best places I've experienced on Booking.com. The property was modern and spotless and had everything we needed and more. Complimentary fruit, bread, beer, water, juice and jam awaited our arrival and this was followed up by cake as well a home made chicken dish. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful host. The location was perfect for the centre of Vasiliki right behind the main road with easy access. The property also includes a shaded terrace with great views for meals. Shaded parking (which is normally impossible to find) is also provided along with the use of mountain bikes.

Very nice, spacious, very clean, in city center, big nice terrace. We had a wonderful stay! The owner is a great host, she seemed like a friend almost, she made us feel very welcome. We will come again.

Honestly, it was one of the best accommodations we have had in Greece.

We have stayed in many Booking.com apartments over the past few years and Casa Demi was the best value for money. I don't think I have ever given anywhere full marks for everything before but this place deserves them

A lovely, new property on a quiet street only 1 minute's walk (max!) from the waterfront where all the cafes and restaurants are. Clean and modern, with a private roof terrace, and sufficient cooking utensils and plates etc if you want to do a self-catering holiday. Elena and her friend Maria that runs the property are really nice and quick to respond, giving us advice on where best to eat, and ordering us a taxi when we left. When we arrived we found snacks, fruit, water, beer, milk, coffee etc waiting for us. Plus, there was hand gel and free face masks there to help stay safe, though Lefkada had had very few Covid cases at the time of our visit. Elena even brought us some locally made cake on our last evening as a treat! The property also has 2 bicycles that you can use, though we didn't need them. This was a really nice property and we'd stay here again if we ever return to Vasiliki.

This wasn't a problem for us at all, but there is no washing machine here so if you need to do washing you may have to do so by hand, in the shower.

Very friendly and helpful host- Eleni couldn’t have been any more lovely- even sharing her birthday cake with us!
