It was a modestly big room compared to a daiwa roynet I stay in at Tokyo. The staff understand the basic japanese I spoke. The service from front office staff and cleaning staff was top notch. The AC machines in the room made the stay nice and comfortable. And the closeness to the station and to good restaurants down the street was so convenient.
Washing machines were 2-in-1 washer dryers. So some thicker garments tend to stay moist after drying. You have to do a little hair dryering and pant presses to get sone stuff nice and dry.

You can't go wrong with a Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
