Lyndon Guest House

Perfectly sized and clean family room. Breakfast was amazing, food served hot and freshly cooked. The location is great – easy walk to town and Lidl across the road. Free parking.

Close to other facilities. Comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Friendly.

Not a major problem but spoons and crockery left in the room were not clean. Otherwise no problem.

Nice size family room. Clean, comfortable beds. Shower was nice. Great location. Breakfast was awesome, food served hot and cooked perfectly. Wonderful hospitality

We liked everything but it is a strict 10am checkout

The guest house is thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. However, our overall experience with the host was mixed. We arrived early due to an early morning flight and requested if we could leave our luggage until check-in. While this is entirely at the host’s discretion, the interaction felt unwelcoming, and the response left us feeling uncomfortable. Before checking out, we also informed the host that we would be leaving very early and requested if some breakfast items could be kept aside for us. Unfortunately, this appeared to have been overlooked. The accommodation itself is pleasant, but hospitality is an important part of the guest experience. There are several other accommodation options in the area that future travellers may also wish to consider.
