The location, the support from the host, the amenities, it was all great. although no parking is included, there is a park just outside, which has electric charging as well as lots of spaces, and an app you can download and pay 7 per day, which in central Lisbon is a bargain.

the house is great, but the shower in our bedroom was small, which with someone big is an issue, but even for normal size people is not great. the house has more bathrooms, but because of covid i tried to not use spaces we did not need, but i would say with such a big bedroom, the ensuite could be a bit bigger, no big deal, just a suggestion of improvement

Excellent location nice clean property

This is a spacious and well appointed apartment in a nice part of the city with easy access to public transportation and lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was newly renovated and impeccably clean. Easy and personal check-in with the host. A very pleasant stay and would highly recommend

Maria was a very warm and very obliging host. Thank for your for the great bottle of red wine too BTW. The apartment is extremely spacious - 2 very large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a great little private terrace out the back. The bedrooms are very large with oodles of storage space (never seen more in an apartment). Air conditioners in each bedroom and in the lounge. Beds are very comfortable and up-to-date. Everything was very clean. They have retained some lovely period features in the apartment but with modern fittings. Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and all the cooking facilities most travelers would need. Recommend the area too. It is actually about a 15 minute metro ride from the main Lisbon historic centre but the bonus is a gracious residential area with heaps of restaurants, up market shops and lovely art deco architecture all around. Supermarket just next door had all we needed. Apartment is opposite Gulbenkian Park and around the corner from the Gulbenkian museum in Avenue Berna.

Would've loved to have been on a higher floor (apartment was 1st floor) but can't be helped. Little to no street noise at night however as the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment away from the street. No view at the back but it is quiet as a result.
