Location was good close to the metro to get around the city. Well equipped and spacious enough for a group of 4

We had no hot water for the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. Eventually we were given the use of another apartment to shower in for the last late afternoon and evening but seen as we were out all day exploring we basically had hot water for one late night and early morning before check out. Surely someone should check the apartment has hot water before check in ? Also the air conditioning was very temperamental . It worked when it wanted to and was prone to tripping the electro.

Excellent location in Barcelona. Well organized service, nice appartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Very clean and tidy. It may not be the newest place you've seen, but you've got everything you need for a great stay!

A general comment I regularly have in appartments with a kitchen: a kitchen towel would be nice! Otherwise nothing to say. The place will require a few touch-ups in the coming years, but that's fine :)

The location of the apartment is good, on the edge of Poble Sec. Close to nice bars and restaurants. The metro station Paral.lel was close by. The promised spaces and equipment are all there. The entry works with a doorcode and through an external application.

All my data was leaked. I received quite realistic scam text messages through whatsapp to pay a deposit for the booking. Only after I approached the host about this on booking.com, they informed me that a data breach had happened. The interior is created very minimalistic and with the cheapest possible solutions in order to achieve the maximum score on airbnb or booking.com. I attached some photos. The interaction with the hosts is non-existent, only through text. In all communication they display a lack of trust, you don't feel welcome. The hot tub on the rooftop was unfortunately closed. Having to pay a deposit of €300 before a stay is quite unusual. It shows lack of trust in your guests, and it took them some time to refund the deposit.
