This is well located.We had a slight problem at the but staff sorted it very quickly . We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to our order . The staff could not be more helpful. All in all a great hotel to stay in .

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is attentive and helpful. Alejandro helped me with the metro and what places might be open during the holiday. Easy walk to restaurants and nightlife in El Poblado. If you’re planning on taking the metro, it’s probably a 10 minute walk, just talk to the staff if you’re unsure.

Amazing breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room with a very convenient kitchenette.

The bathroom was rather inconvenient in its design.

Excellent service, delicious meal with lots of variety including fresh baked breads and omelet station.

Location.

The staff pretended to be friendly but did not act on their promises. Their statements were misleading, confusing and contradicting with each other. The kitchen had no utensils. Coffee and water were not replaced every day. We had to continuously ask for these.

The hotel itself was very good. It would be greatly improved if they installed soundproofing from both other rooms and outside.

The car we booked to meet us at the airport did not appear. The position of the hotel did not suit us. The street noise from both traffic and people disturbed me all night, not to mention the ghastly ear damaging noise being blasted from local nightclubs.

Rooms were big, location was central, and had a sense of elegance (though outdated).

Too many prostitutes coming in and out. The location was central, but too many prostitutes outside. Staff didn't seem too friendly or happy.

it’s a little outdated

We love Hotel du Parc! It is a beautiful hotel with colorful art throughout, extremely friendly, helpful and professional people working there, a perfect, central location which is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and huge rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. It includes lovely fresh fruit, amazing custom fresh omelettes, delicious pastries, fresh fruit juices, different choices of fresh waffles, plantains, etc. And extremely accommodating and nice servers. This hotel has tons of character and is a wonderful place to stay in Medellin!
