Weak wifi (worked very well only next to the door, even though the router was just outside) The balcony had no furniture at all

It is not a place for allergic people. There is a lot of mould in the bathroom. Personel tried to help with the basic issues but English was a big problem Air condition remote control broke during stay

Staff very helpful and friendly, location is good 15min walk from old town, comfy bed.

We had to move rooms because of ants in our bathroom, staff where happy to help no issues but that was only downside and expect old town there’s nothing much to do in Phuket

We took this only for 1 night to go to PhiPhi next day from Rassada Pier, but there are few restaurants around. The city is very dirty, but the hotel was ok. Their english is not good, but you will manage to communicate. Breakfast should be improved, no continental products, bad coffee.

The name of this hotel in Thai is หลับสบาย, which means “sleep well” or “fall asleep well”. In English or roman letters it is unfortunately written as" Lup Sbai” or "Lupsbai". I think that, alternatively, "Lop Sabai" might give potential guests a better idea of how to pronounce the hotel name so that a taxi driver might understand it. If the driver does not understand you, you can ask to be taken to "Bus Station #1 in Phuket Town”—and the hotel is a 3-minute walk from there. Inside the hotel you should be prepared to find a lot of information available only in Thai (and not in English and Thai). This might be because the target demographic is Thai-speaking tourists and not English-speaking tourists. Because the hotel is located in Thailand, to me it seems OK to have that target. (Similarly it would be OK for a hotel in Japan to prefer Japanese-speaking tourists and consequently have hotel explanations only in Japanese.) There is no sense in going to such a hotel that has a non-English orientation and preference, which is usually clearly indicated in the reviews of previous guests, and then complaining about staff not speaking English. There are a couple of hotels near this one that seem to have only English speaking guests, and no Thai guests, if that is what you need or want. I think that other reviews have sufficiently covered the pros and cons of this hotel. It took me a while to find the right room. I originally booked for 3 days and extended for 6 more. I would return. I felt that all the staff did a good job, especially Ms Fon (“Rain” ฝน).

When I logged on to the wifi, I got a warning from my iPhone that the connection was not secure. Probably wifi in most hotels is not secure, but it is unusual for me to get this message.
