Overall stay was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast on the house, very minimal. No eggs were served. Egg should be essential part of any breakfast. Bathroom, hot water was not available. Coffee & Tea provisions in the room was not adequate. Room was comfortable. However there was not chair to sit and work. That is room is not suitable for business traveller or to use laptop computers for work.

The hotel was a wonderful stay! Very comfortable bed and room with balcony! The staff here are amazing!!!, so friendly!!! I will definitely come back here again! Thank you so much to all at reception!!! 😊🙏❤️🇹🇭☘️

Room was large, balcony with a chair to sit on, nicely decorated, amenities in the bathroom and a fridge for water. Lovely location in Old town, all walkable and much less busy than area such a Patong.

Mosquitos in the room when we checked in were disgraceful! Live mosquitos as well as some sort of empty pods scattered everywhere on the walls in the room and shower. We spent ages when we got into the room, spraying them all with mozzy spray, and having to clean them up. We were concerned that they would just return, so kept the AC on all the time. Didn't go and inform reception to move as the property was sold out and the language barrier would have proved difficult. Never experienced such an infestation prior to arriving to a hotel, I can only imagine the balcony doors were left open after cleaning and shut without checking the room.

The location of the place is very good. It is close to the city center and some good food places, yet away from the crowd of the city center.

The hotel was extremely dirty. We checked in late at night after travelling the whole day and we only checked the bedsheets before crashing (which were clean, as were the towels), but the bathroom was filthy - the toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months, as was the entire room floor. There was a sofa in the room that was dusty, smelly and had stains all over, that we didn't even want to put our bags on (and sitting was out of the option). This hotel must take seriously the hygine of the rooms and the hotel overall, in order to become decent - and they definitely do not deserve a sha mention in their name.
