Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel

Words do not suffice for the amazing experience I had at this hostel. It was my second time in here. The staff is simply superb. The receptionists, the cleansers and staff in general was so lovely, always with a smiling face a a genuine concern in knowing how my day had gone and if there was anything that could be provided in order to make my life simpler. The receptionists were beyond amazing and loving. I’ll certainly come there again year. I highly recommend it. PS: my room was to die for. Super beautiful, big and immaculately decorated and clean. A special thank you to all the receptionists. Breakfast: gorgeous!!!

Nothing at all.

Service is 5 stars quality. Staff is the most helpful ever met. Even in a 5 star hotel can not get that extraordinary service anywhere.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. Very nice and well presented. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

While the room was presented well and tidy, it was nothing special.

it's great but it doesn't look like the pictures at all. Really nice staff.

the room was not like the pictures. Nowhere to really hang out. Just a quiet bed for sleep
