Guesthouse Casa Esperanza Basel

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures! We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the place was — it made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Kai welcomed me warmly and calmly, giving me all the necessary information in the short period of time I had before my next call. My quiet room was nicely furnished and left nothing to be desired, on the contrary - there was a huge choice of tea and coffee, crockery and cutlery, extra blankets, toiletry and adapters, and to top it off, a small rack to hang my towels to dry (a detail I usually miss)! He also furnished me with a welcome card for tourists which, unfortunately, I didn't have the time to take advantage of as I was pressed for time. Nevertheless, this was the perfect place to unwind and recharge!

One must be aware that the shared bathroom is directly adjacent and not sound proofed. ;-)

Kai, der Inhaber, war sehr zuvorkommend, engagiert, professionell und freundlich. Diese Pension ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Supermarket and tram close.

The price too high just for one nigth and the bed was very uncomfortable.
