The apartment is is clean, well furnished, and in good condition. The location is really good. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shopping, restaurants, public transportation for longer trips to other towns. Hence, it is totally possible to arrive at Binz by train (e.g., via the ICE train network), and to spend the vacation there without a car.

The WIFI quality was mixed. It was sufficient for reading/writing emails and to surf on the internet, but I did not reach large transfer rates and had occasional disconnects when trying to do something for work.

Location was perfect.

Some basic things were not provided. Example: dish washing, wipe cloth, washing brush, etc…

Good position, near the see, the train station and the expressbus station to Jagdschloss.

Sometimes the Wifi is slow.
