The decor was stunning and Kathleen took such good care of us. Absolutely loved our stay there!

Very good standard of presentation. Easily live here for a week or more.
Location was a quiet residential area close enough to walk to the city centre.

Nice room and facilities with a great view out of the window. I also liked the shortbread and the coffee bags provided. I had a great nights sleep so the bed was really comfortable. I got a free upgrade to a more expensive room. The owner immediately turned off the loud TV downstairs when I asked him to turn it down.
There was some miscommunication and the room wasn't ready for me when I arrived. Even though I thought I spoke to the host about it over the messaging system. I was moved to a different room but this was prepared hurriedly and wasn't cleaned properly. The bed and bathroom were hairy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. The owner's TV was on downstairs and could be heard in my room stopping me from sleeping until I asked him to turn it down.
