staff were all very friendly and helpful. gave me great advice for transportation, and the room was spotlessly clean. very well kept and impressive place. I highly recommend it. the breakfast was exceptional.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the location is good and the staff is extremely friendly! They helped is out with the laundry and when one of us did not feel great!

Be aware that this is more a hotel than a hostel. In case you are looking for a hostel with shared activities, you might want to go for another placs.

My room was not available when I arrived at the hotel, despite the fact that it was within the allowed check-in time. Card payment machine not available. Wifi very unstable in the room. A lot of outside noise in the room facing the street.

unsupervised pets, the guest leave their pet inside the room when they go out, makes the pet stressed which makes them bark. that’s not acceptable.

Clean and well priced

night staff was extremely unhelpful, couldn’t tell me if it was safe to walk at night or if anything was open to eat (there were many restaurants open once i went out, even though he told me everything was closed), when i came back it was impossible to sleep as there were two seating areas right next to my room: one directly outside my window and the other right outside the hallway door, both locations were full of loud drunk people, making it impossible to sleep, well past midnight. additionally the wifi connection is terrible, dropping in and out and basically not functional.

I can not say enough positive words about that hotel! I have spent 5 weeks in Ecuador and this hotel felt like an oasis! It's super modern, new, clean with a great terrace, nice staff and everything just feels super secure and comfortable. Definitely highly recommended!

The breakfast wasn't too great but there is lots of breakfast places in town.
