It’s close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bus/tram station.
The reception staff and the kitchen were adorable and always available to answer our questions and provide tips, they also provide a bottle of water per person, per day.
The breakfast is a late one, until 10:30am.
The minibar in the room is an essential especially during hot weather.
The AC also was on amazing especially on the hotter days.
We had a day without water or electricity (might be due to the construction on the street, the hotel didn’t give us any explanation).
The housekeeping could be way better, it felt like they juste changed the sheets, emptied the trash can and refilled the toilet paper but they didn’t clean the floor (which got quite dusty by the end of our stay).
Overall, they could pay a better attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas (corridors and stairways).

It was centrally located closer to the water and easy access to anywhere in İzmir. More suitable for 1-2days trip.
TV never worked for the whole duration of my stay. I complained several times and I got some excuses.
Main issue was poor house keeping and very you have to remove the rubbish and throw it in the bins outside.
No sound proofing and the whole areas around the hotel is under construction.

"Da ich schon sehr viele Jahre ( früher ins Apart Otel ) komme , sagt das ja schon alles. Ich fühle mich dort als Allein Reisende Frau immer sehr gut umsorgt. Die Lage ist super, alles in nächster Nähe..."
