Hosts Massimo and Viktoria, and Inga will make you feel like at home. Very welcoming and attentive. Apartment is in great location just 5 min drive from Marina or Porto Cervo main piazza. Apartment has a great view on Marina. Additional benefit You can play padel tennis right on the territory.

Beautiful sea view, really spacious and clean, gated and 100% secure apartment houses with 24/7 security personnel at the gates, great air condition in ALL rooms, perfect & very well maintained swimming pool nearby, free parking in front of the apartment…

Amazing hotel, spacious, breathtaking view. Very nice location in Porto Cervo. On top of that, the host was the best we have ever had and we have travelled to a lot of different places. So friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you so so much, Massimo! We will definitely come back next year.

Stunning views, spacious and clean apartment and Massimo is a wonderful and helpful host!
A high chair would have been handy so baby could eat at table easily with us all, and more parasols needed at the pool area, especially for protecting young children. Otherwise a wonderful stay

Fantastic terrace with sensational sea and harbour views (as well as views of the surrounding verdant and rocky landscape).
Everything was amazing! We knew it was on a slight hill but the views were well worth the 2 minute climb! Also the pool only opens end of May but being out season had other benefits around the village - such as no queues for restaurants, more attentive restaurant staff etc.

The apartment was great - lovely, simple, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was great for a small toddler with lots of outside space and well contained! Great view and location. Massimo the host is also fantastic! It was the perfect accomodation for our holiday.

Amazing attention by Massimo. He had a welcome detail for us and invited us to our first day breakfast. All problems are immediately fixed by him and his staff.

The apartment was perfectly and very well furnished. It was light, spacy and gave an elegant Sardinian flavour. The terrace was a place where you could spend hours with a wonderful a wonderful, which was only topped by the view from the master bedroom. The panoramic window with view on the marina was just great.
You need a car also to get to the beaches - which again are wonderful! Nothing to complain about!

Croissant and coffee brought in the morning which was very welcome. Massimo was always helpful and we knew he was always available if needed. We liked the location and privacy.
We have nothing to complain about as any problems were rectified and caused us no issues or stress. Staff was always helpful and available. We had a great week.
