Room was big enough and clean

When we arrived for Ski, it was raining for a few days. The ski are which is the reason we selected this hotel was closed, we asked for a refund to go to somewhere with a ski option. They did not make the refund, it is stupid. We are there for ski, but ski area is closed, just stayed 2 days in the room doing nothing. Then we drove 30-40 min to find ski areas avery day. The owner was not costumer oriented, never go back

Super location, close to the ski lifts and restaurants. Nice and cozy apartments for family, well equipped, clean. Host is super friendly and helpful. Ski rooms are very useful.

Unfortunately a lot of guests are loud even after 10pm, especially on hallway. The sound of closing doors is so damn loud that wake me up a few times during a night. A parking place is small and often booked so you have to leave your car on public but also paid parking which is expensive.

No real place to sit in the evening with the kids. Even when asked for parking booking in advance of reservation there was no card for me. they have only 9 parking access cards for 15 aparaments. Possible to leave car on P1 parking cost 180Czk/day or P4 - 100Czk/day, really short check in/out time frame.

Nice place. Quiet neighborhood (I was there between winter and summer season). Apartment well equipped and clean. Helpful and kind staff.
