Perfect setting right on the beach. Excellent food (best grilled fish ever!)

It was bit tricky to find the entrance from the main road. We were in a taxi, could not see anywhere you might have parked a car.

Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als das WLAN für mein Homeoffice nicht funktionierte, habe ich sogar einen eigenen Router bekommen, damit ich weiterarbeiten konnte. Ich habe die abendliche Ruhe im Restaurant sehr genossen. Das Essen war ausnahmslos gut, den Thunfisch beim BBQ sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. An meinem letzten Abend bekam ich eine Einladung zu einem kostenlosen 3-Gänge-Menu, das war super lieb. Das Schnorcheln direkt am Strand hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich konnte viele Schildkröten beobachten, sogar die abendliche Eiablage einer großen Meeresschildkröte durfte ich miterleben.

Der Strandabschnitt ist stark von Touristen besucht, die von "außerhalb" kommen, dadurch ist oft sehr viel los. Zum Glück waren die Meisten am späten Nachmittag wieder weg, so dass ich abends die Ruhe im Restaurant genießen konnte.

We loved everything about this property. As a family of 2 adults 2 kids, like everyone else we wanted to see turtles. Our flight arrived in Colombo at 5am and Turtle Bay Beach Resort organised an airport pickup for us straight to them. When we arrived at 8am to the resort we met all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. As our Deluxe triple room would not be ready until 11.30 they gave us another room to change into so we could get straight onto the beach for the day and from then our holiday began. My sons birthday was the next day and they had balloons hanging from the beams and the most amazing and delicious football cake with candles all ready to surprise my football crazy son. It really all felt like home from home. Room was massive, overlooking beach. Waves crashing to help you sleep and the staff and seeing turtles definitely made this visit one of the best experiences we have ever had as a family. The chef was amazing cooking anything we asked for and my daughter got to catch all the hermit crabs which is all she ever wants to do, we fed the squirrels, and even tried fishing. An unbelievable experience throughout. Huge shout out to Dylan and the chef and the rest of staff for a fantastic stay. We will definitely come back to visit you all again.

Beautiful location on the beach. We got an upgraded to the deluxe room which was very nice! Snorkeling gear was included. We can totally recommend for some nice days in Mirissa. Everything in walking distance.

Best kitchen in Srí Lanka, we taste. Srí Lanka breakfast is TOP! Hotel is on the beautifu beach. Looks likes paradise. You can swim with turtles right in front of hotel. Sunbeds and snorchling equipment free. Personal is nice and helpful. Higly recommended.

We had an amazing stay!!! The food was exceptional and the stuff (especially Sameer) very friendly and helpful. The location is top you can see turtles, katamaran fishing boats, stilt fishermen and the beach on your doorstep is amazing and with not too big waves. They organized for us transportation to Tangalle with an amazing driver Asanka!

Everything was great!

The breakfast was the best one I had in sri lanka . It kept coming and coming and was lovely. The staff were also very helpful and offering guides or where to go and how to get there.
