Tolle eingezäunte Anlage. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten frei laufen.

A rarely give 10 points to any service, but this apartment is simply the best where I've ever been in Croatia. The hosts are kind, helpful, always ready to help, but don't bother you, if you don't want. We have spent one week at the upstairs apartment there, it is fully equipped (AC, washing machine, hair drier, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, satellite tv), has plenty of place, a nice view to the Sea, large balcony, and beautiful garden. If you visit them, say hello to Grisa, the cutest dog in Opatija!
The shortest way to the beach is through a long staircase (we counted 175 steps), so it can be cumbersome for senior visitors, or anyone with knee problems, or baby carriage pram. There is a longer way, with significally less stairs, so if you have any difficulties with the staircase, you can use that.

A very clean apartment located walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and there was parking on site. There was a lovely garden, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it.
The apartment was good value for money, so I can't say that I didn't like anything.

Mr. Ljubo is a nice host. The property is in the hill but easily reachable. And the location is nice also. It is a quite place. Our kids loved the place also.

Nice apartment, good bed, wifi. Breakfast outside in a beautiful garden. Close to the Lungomare.

Everything was excellent, apartment great, arranged with care and style, well equiped, hosts friendly and on disposal. Our pet was welcomed. .all in all, I would recommend it for short or long stay, everything was perfect

The host was very friendly and helpful. He lives on the property so available when needed. He spoke English well which also made communication easy. He responded to messages well. Parking was available and ended up going to Icci Beach which was an easy drive there...as well as driving to Optaja for some dinners. We drove everywhere we went.
It was farther from the beach than expected - although we were limited as our daughter was on crutches - so we didn't attempt walking the steps down. Also we could see the sea but there was a house that blocked part of the view.

The location was very close to the promenade along the sea, this was the main reason we stayed here. We had a wonderful meal at Antigua Osteria Ugo on Ul. Marsala Tita. Roko was booked but we liked this restaurant very much.
Leon, the host, was very accommodating, especially when ants were found in our apartment. He moved us to another apartment and took care of the issue.
There was some trash and food items left by prior tenants.

super nice host, huge balcony with view of the sea and the mountains, a lush garden in front of the house, very comfortable bed and chairs, spacious and well equipped apartment at a quiet spot close to the sea
without a car it can be a little tricky to get groceries. however, a store for basic supply is close-by (they have no fruits/vegetables though), and the bus station is just 5min away.

Very nice and roomy apartment with a lovely balcony. We had a dog with us so its a very pet friendly place to stay. The owners were great hosts!

It’s a very charming apartment located close to the beach and close to many nice restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Opatija. Ljubo the host was very kind and friendly.

Great location with a sea view, the "lungo mare" coastal promenade is just across the street.Children's play ground is also very near, cca. 15 metres from the house. The host Ljubo was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was in the beginning of May,so the central heating came in very handy as well. The hosts also keep a beautiful garden which is directly accessible to both ground floor appartments.
The high top table instead of a regular height dining table would make the room much more toddler friendly.It was too high for our 3-year olds to eat without being seated in mine or my wife's lap.

Overall this is a really lovely place, quiet area, super nice hosts, spacious balcony with a view, nice bathroom. This is a superb place
Kitchen would need some new equipment, our food froze in the fridge, stove was also a bit tricky and nothing to heat milk in.
