Some staff were very kind and helpful Managers after complaining about ac that didn't work in 1 room moved us to another floor which was inconvenient but OK. The ac was also according to the setting of whatever the floor was set but the upgrade suite was what their effort was although we just needed the ac to work as the one we had was perfect just ac had an issue They also Gave us some tokens for the laundry which was much appreciated Managers they to resolve issues after us bringing it to their notice but they overlook alot of the staff incompetencies when infront of them(they only correct them or provide a service If asked or if you complain sadly) They were very attentive after our dissatisfaction and made an effort to do their usual tasks (which should be done for all people at all times ) even better when they saw us. So not sure what's going on with the service it's either very good or completely absent They gave us the senior manager details after complaining who was happy to assist and help us as best as he could and we are thankful for that also after that the staff were all attentive to us and made an extra effort to do their jobs (which they should do to every guest not just the ones who complain so we hope they will respect all guests that come always and provide excellent service to all guests)

The lack of management or concern when we checked in The lack of having a porter load baggage from vehicle The lack of concern of staff Fatma umut rahman when asked to assist us and send a porter, they didn't and ignored us for a long time. The hotel was not busy and they were just behaving in an inappropriate way to the guest. Us Upon bringing the issues to the attention of the manager who was there he assisted and gave special attention to trying to rectify the situation with the upgrade and communication with us also tokens however we just needed what we paid for to work and for guests to be respected after a long journey (with some elderly and sick guests) having to usher ourselves in and luggage was a huge contrast to the amazing service we experience when we stayed on our previous visit where the service and staff were absolutely amazing and upon returning and extending our stay and bringing family also booking multiple suits we had a terrible welcome and experience until we mentioned it and this is what the management must improve because every guest is important and should be taken care of with the services needed as a guest. An amazing concept and amazing staff If they improve and are consistent anyone would love to stay here also if ac works in each room and the smell of smoke is contained to smoking rooms. It's terrible.

Everything The staff are either amazing or very unhelpful Upon returning to this hotel we were greater with no porter even when I asked Fatma, umut and rahman all at the front desk and all didn't help. Eventually we had to roll it in I even took a picture of the empty trolley with no porter, the manager or whoever talking to the staff ignoring the guests and it went on for a while They then did the same thing when another family member checked in We had 3 rooms and pathetic service To no avail We put our bags on the trolley and pushed it to the lift after approaching the manager again and asking how is it possible there is such bad service they wanted to help but only because we said we are going to complain. Not worth visiting ever again. Ac can't work ... the entire floor has to have the same temperature apparently. So it was set to heating and we needed cooling Has individual controls in each room but none are functional apparently linked to central ac The concept is so good and has the potential to achieve even more success Rather not

Located in a good neighborhood. The staff is good and attentive.

I was offered a suite instead of a regular room with the same price , the view from the 21st floor is amazing.

Rooms was really nice with city view. We had room with two bathrooms which was perfect. Personal was helpful and nice. Restaurant was always opened which we appreciated when we returned from city and our son was hungry.
