1. 離捷運站太遠，有點不方便。2. 由於2人住的日數比較多，但沒有太多掛衣服的地方。幸好有窗台可以放東西。3. 房間內的2個三腳插頭安裝太接近，根本不可以同時使用。4. 不喜歡衛生紙不可以丟進馬桶沖走。

I need to give compliment to the staffs, Kimi and 佑佑, who are responsible for cleaning the floors, G5 & G7 respectively. They do a very good job to clean the rooms. Both Kimi and 佑佑 are the staffs that Goodmore Hotel needs to give them proper encouragement !!

The carpet is obviously very old and needs to be replaced or treated with hygiene cleaning because my legs and body had been bitten possibly by fleas. I would strongly suggest Hotel Management Team to consider changing the carpet. On the other hand, Goodmore used to provide breakfast. But, why not anymore?

Staff is very nice and rooms are big and comfortable.

Room smelled a bit like bathroom and the air conditioning was very noisy.

Location close to markets, shopping and food

Some of the carpets were worn out in the lobby and design of a/c ducts were blowing air on our necks while we were sitting at the desk.

I loved the location, the wonderful and caring staff, and the availability of drinking water!

I didn't like the carpet which made the room feel stuffy and not very clean. If you ever do a renovation, please consider using synthetic wood, tile, or even linoleum! The sink was a little plugged up and the bed was a little too large for the room as well, which contributed to it feeling stuffy.

quite decent, good for short stay. really convenient for the location, very close to the night market.

they’re not good at the noise protection

The staff at the Goodmore Hotel (Alex, Roland, Narsha, Elan and Winnie) were extremely kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions quickly and well. The rooms were comfortable and VERY quiet. I had no trouble sleeping, even in the middle of the day when I was exhausted by the jet lag traveling from Europe. The neighborhoods near the hotel have a wide selection of restaurants. The night market close to the hotel is very nice with excellent street food. There are several metro lines not too far (+:- 10 minutes) from the hotel (green, red, brown...). Do ask the staff to show you on a map where all the metro lines are.

Would it be possible to add CNN News Channel to the list of TV channels available? A small café on the premises would be very nice.
