Good location

I paid for upgrade room.But they give me standard room.There was a problem with wi fi internet.Instead for solution they offered me to downgrade my room where they have Wi-Fi.That’s why I had to turn on my roaming internet which cost me extra expense.

We stayed in room 723. It was a perfect King bed for 2 adults and 4years old kid. Check in was smooth. Spa was outstanding. Steam, Sauna and Hamam. Service was 10/10. Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good.

Everything was perfect except two things. Many dont speak english and they dont have lactose and gluten free options for breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible, 1- Everything in breakfast is not fresh ,4 nights My family and I stay in hotel,Everyday starts with many kinds of cheeses smell bad and vomiting,we didn’t like any things 2-no teabags like mint tea and etc!!!! 3-no capuccino,cafe latte… just simple coffee 4-no fresh juice 5-we found eggs in serving dishs old not fresh I think it is not related to 5 star hotel ,there is no manager in restaurant ,this is main problem Old fashion disign hotel
