The property is very close to the Monza Circuit (only 30min by foot) which was perfect for me.
It would be nice in the rooms to have some information on public transport in Monza (eg. first and last bus for the line that goes to the property) especially when there are no staff onsite all the time. First day of my stay, there was no one from staff to ask about the information I needed for the trip to Milano (I left around 8am).

Excellent room! It was very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean, with great air conditioning, a large balcony, and a lovely view. The staff was very polite and the key pickup process was very easy. The property is in a very good location, and is very budget-friendly. It also had a basement parking spot for logical price.

Nice hotel, kind staff, clean room and bathroom, secure garage parking, easy to find.
The owner strictly warns you after your booking that you must not be late. If you respect that there is no problem.

The shower was really nice and the building felt very secure with security doors and keycard entrance. When we checked out the cleaning lady called us a cab as our phones didn't work - she was very helpful.
The location of this place is not great unless you have a car. It's really far from either closest train station, and while there are buses if it is a Sunday or late at night they don't run - meaning a long (45 minute) walk from Monza or Lissone (~30 minutes). You also need to be careful with transport cards purchased at Monza for travel into Milano as Lissone is just outside the zone covered by these cards, meaning they are not usable on the trains and busses. We learned this ourselves, as the staff didn't know much about the local transport options. There is also nothing much around the accommodation.
