staffs are polite.

Hotel was far from jomtien center and beach. We couldn't walk to the beach because there was no footpath, so we had to call a taxi all the time. The location of this hotel is in a very bad place. The rooms had 2 electrical charging sockets, which is very strange and not nice.

1. There was a wing of a dead cockroach behind the bus tub. 2. A lot of water comes out from the gap between the shower room door and the floor. 3. The water in the swimming pool wasn't clear.

The property was well maintained & rooms very comfortable & spacious

The property was a short walk to the beach but there was a regular shuttle bus service in operation

Breakfast buffet line is so variety and thanks all staff for the good care.

Pipe issue in the shower room and location is a bit too far from central so you need a car or motor bike.

Rooms are modern and clean, pool is nice for the kids, staff was super kind

Nice but far away from beach. Isolated area, very inconvenient if no own transport.

The staff was great! In general, the facilities are great. The food was ok.

Our room was not as clean as expected. Under the sofa were crumbles and bits of food. The floor in the balcony was not clean at all.
