This apartment was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was nicely furnished and was very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. The best part of this place is the incredible view of the Umbrian country side which is perfect for sunset with seats and a table out front to enjoy it.
Nothing.

The location was incredible—exactly as described and absolutely perfect for our stay in Orvieto. Sabrina could not have been a better host. She met us personally, walked us through everything, helped us get settled, and was an absolute delight to get to know. We truly could not have asked for a better experience.
There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property. If I had to mention one small thing, the shower was a little smaller than I would have preferred, but that was very minor and certainly did not detract from our stay.

The accommodation was absolute perfection. We fell in love with it from the moment we walked in the door. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. We loved sitting outside, looking at the view whilst partaking in a cheeky wine :) The location is perfect for visiting lots of sights within Orvieto. Our host was absolutely lovely. We would love to come back and stay here again.
There was nothing to not like - it was magical.

Charming, lovingly decorated, fantastic, walkable location. Sabrina is very kind, she met me upon arrival and left a lovely welcome basket. I loved the white interiors, the exposed beams and chandelier, and it was a comfortable bed. The view when you step outside cannot be beat.
It was wonderful, nothing to dislike. Bathroom/shower is on the smaller side, which is typical for accommodations in a historic town.

"Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön, auf der Stadtmauer von Orvieto, mit herrlichem Blick ins Umland. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Abends haben wir lange draußen gesessen, ..."
