Location wasn't bad. All in all, the place was still liveable and we enjoyed our time in Ayia Napa, even if our hotel room wasn't so clean or we'll take care of.

Towels were never changed over our four nights there. When we left some on the floor to indicate that they needed changing, they were simply taken and never replaced. My cologne bottle went missing, so the cleaner either took it or threw it out, good that it was cheap. The place was infested with ants, but at least I had chance to finally use my mosquito spray. The white paint on the balcony and bath was coming off, so they can't say it was our dandruff.

The property has a good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The stuff was very helpful.

We heared everything from the street, it was hard to sleep well. In the room we got it was mold on the walls, but we got a new room in short time.

To put it bluntly, it was a total scam. I already booked the hotel in January. Based on my mobility difficulties and special dietary needs, I have absolutely certain criteria when looking for accommodation. Also, whenever I travel with someone, I take a room with separate beds. I checked the reservation several more times. Upon arrival, it turned out that instead of the reserved room, a room with one wide bed was offered, and the receptionist claimed that booking.com had not given her the correct information. At my insistence, he reluctantly contacted another nearby hotel and sent us there, confirming that everything I wanted was there. In reality, while making preparations for dinner, it turned out that the electric oven was completely out of order. Neither the staff of the replacement hotel nor the original hotel wanted to start looking for a solution to the problem, but arrogantly repeated that this is how it is and will remain and that they are not to blame for this situation. Incredibly unprofessional behavior! Because I can't go without food for medical reasons, I had to make extra expenses to eat anything, even junk food. Of course, the pre-purchased and prepared food was completely wasted. Also the fact that the toilet was not lockable and instead of one night lamp there was a lamp base that was covered with tape (in the picture) is a serious testimony that something is very wrong with the attitude. The crown on everything was the noisy guests from the adjacent rooms until at least 1 a.m. (I had to personally clean them up) and the dumb cleaner who knocked on the door of the room at 9 in the morning, who could not understand why I shouted at him to stop disturbing the visitors. I would like to receive an adequate answer as to how such a situation could arise in the first place. Until this answer is received, I warn everyone - stay away from such a junk hotel with junk attendants! Apparently I have to take some steps to get my money back.

They cancelled our booking, so we didn’t had the chance to stay there. We glad that they booked a room to another hotel. (Sadly that hotel didn’t have warm water and the air conditioner didn’t work) Because of the accident they booked for our last 2 nights an another room to another place. It was perfect. Name of the hotel: Cleopatra.

They reached us before our expecting arrival that when we will be there, and then I answered the time when we will arrive. Then they said at the hotel that they are on full. We were so disappointed.
