Wunderschön eingerichtetes Strandhaus mit vier (4) Schlafzimmern und drei (3) Badezimmern und saisonalem Gemeinschaftspool. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand oder zum Schallwasser in beide Richtungen. Sie können in einem Kajak aussteigen oder am Community Day Dock angeln. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Strandthemen dekoriert und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ca. 1,6 km südlich von der Brücke in Surf City. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familie und Freunde, um den Strandblick auf den Atlantik zu genießen.
Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Erwachsene mit Bettengrößen, darunter zwei (2) Queensize-Betten, ein (1) Doppelbett und ein (1) Pyramiden-Etagenbett. Bettwäsche, Kissen, Aufstriche und Decken sind vorhanden. Handtücher werden NICHT zur Verfügung gestellt, können jedoch gemietet werden.
Diese Unterkunft bietet Keyless Access Entry für einen schnellen Check-in. Vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Zugangscode. Die Aktivierung der schlüssellosen Codes erfolgt um 15.30 Uhr Check-In-Zeit.

We had such a great week. The location was within walking distance to the beach, and we loved the pool, it was never crowded, great for two toddlers and two teenagers! Having the dock to walk out to was an added bonus. Always something to do for our group of 11. We rented a golf cart so that was a plus to ride to town for ice cream! The setup of the house was perfect, with plenty of decks to sit out on, and private bedrooms. The beach chairs provided were so nice . The grill area was nice and private. The only issue we had was parking an extra car, only allowed three at the house, including the golf cart, but the property owner helped us solve that issue and find a spot. She was so helpful. A 5/5 stay! We hope to come back next year!!

I have stayed at many VRBOs on the east coast, this unit was packed with many pleasant surprises. We brought along all the basics for the kitchen and were so surprised to find these items in the already stocked. Dish soap, dishwashing detergent, some cleaning products, salt, pepper and a variety of seasoning. Paper towels and toilet paper! Laundry detergent too. We replenished what we used but appreciate the gesture. Soft beautiful towels were used and washed many times. A few more extra would be nice, more mirrors and definitely a full view mirror in bedroom spaces are needed. A make up mirror would be a wonderful addition. The outdoor balconies are beautiful but only two balconies have seating. It would have been nice to have private time on the balcony in the upstairs bedroom. Parking is wonderful and access to the outdoor shower and hose are easy to use. Lots of items in the outdoor closet, but difficult to move anything out as it is jammed packed with things. The community pool is such an asset but there are no chairs or places to sit, just the cement . We would have spent more time watching our grandkids here but wasn’t hauling a chair back and forth. Beach access is at 25/26. Maybe too much walking for older folks and difficult to carry items on Beach access 25 due to the long set of steps. Beach is beautiful and was sparsely populated when we visited. Lastly, I understand the units are used hard but this one could use a deep cleaning. Windows too.

The owners were excellent communicators and the house was great for our family. Although the listing stated there were kayaks, the owner stated that it was wrong so hopefully that will be corrected. They did provide beach chairs, an umbrella and a tent for the beach, which were not listed. So ultimately it was a win for us. The house was convenient to the sound and beach, which had beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!! The only downside was that the house was not as clean as I would expect for a 249 fee. But this is a rental and I don’t think the owners come down often and rely on the cleaning crew. Other than that, it was a VERY nice place! We enjoyed it.

The house fit our family of 6 plus 3 others perfectly. The 3 baths were nice to have for ease of showering and getting ready. The living area, dining room and kitchen were a great gathering place. We all had fun putting together one of the puzzles and spending time on the many porches which all had amazing views. We loved having the pool for the kids to swim in at the end of the day. The house was within a few minutes walk to the beach access and we also walked out onto the bay landing one day which also offered beautiful views. My only small complaint was that some of the dishes, cups and utensils were put back very dirty with dried on food which led to us washing anything before we used it. I would say this was a very minor issue and probably not something that the home owner had much control over. Overall the house and location was amazing. We would most certainly stay here again!
