Le Club Boutique Hotel

Very well placed in the centre of Lecce, but in a relatively quiet street. The building is lovely, although the rooms are a little dated. That said it was great value for money - location, location, location. Breakfast was varied - something for everyone. Very nice staff on the desk. The hotel offered to book parking at EX GIL for us, we didn’t take up the offer, but we should have because we were very lucky that there was space available. This is definitely the place to park - only a short walk and hassle free.

Nothing.

The location was great, being right in the centre of town. It was very quiet, and the food was excellent. The staff were helpful and pleasant

Perfect stay from the lovely, warm welcome to checkout. The location is ideal - central yet in a quiet corner. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. All the staff were exceptional: warm, friendly and helpful. Thank you, breakfast lady, for looking after us so well.

Everything was outstandingly good.

I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is lovely and your staff were excellent throughout my stay. I really appreciated the service and hospitality I received. Unfortunately, for two of the nights, I was staying in a room that had an issue with ants. There were ants in the room, including in the bed, and I was actually bitten as a result. This was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected my comfort and enjoyment of my stay. I appreciate that issues can occasionally occur, However, given that I had to spend two nights in a room affected by ants and was bitten while in bed, and lack of sleep. I emailed to ask for a refund for those nights, but the reply was, they thought was ok as had given me up grade without charging me.

Very unpleasant to have 2 nights of no sleep with ants in room and bed, and be bitten. Lack of empathy from hotel to seriously think I was going to pay to change room,
