The location is close to the best beaches and attractions. Boats are available for rent on the beach next to the villa, this is very convenient. Having two bathrooms is a big plus.

Proximity of the beach. Nice and big patio. Isolated. Private parking.
Tzaneria beach is just 2 minutes walk from house. There is big and nice patio, however it is unusable from 14 till 19 due to orientation, sun is burning during this period. House is stand-alone, so you're kind of isolated from neighboring houses. Private parking can fit 2 cars easily.
Lack of basic cookware. Squeaky floor on upper level.
Some quite basic cookware is missing, like bread knife, cutting knives, ladle, whisk... There are only table forks, knives and spoons. Upper level has wooden floor that is squeaky so that every step will be heard across the house.

Good central location with good access to beaches, super market, restaurants and bus stop.
Super outside space, lots of seating.
Off road private Parking.
Spacious inside, basic kitchen facilities.
Comfortable beds.
Stairs to upstairs are incredibly steep, bit scary coming down.
