location and the stuff

- Really nice & helpful chap greeted us on arrival. (possibly the owner / manager) - Spacious split level room with bedroom & bathroom on mezzanine level. Quiet & cool. - Lovely area with lots of the beach, restaurants & bars in walking distance. - Secure & covered parking onsite.

Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable but not a major problem.

Right on the beach. The apartment is clean. Nice little outdoor area.

Beautiful location steps from the beach. Welcoming and accommodating proprietor. Gardens are lovingly maintained and courtyard offers quiet place to relax.

I don´t know where to start. We had an amazing stay at Hotel l´Etape. It was only 2 minutes walk to the other side of street to reach to the beach. The neighborhood was very nice and quite. There were several supermarkets around the resident which were accessible by walking. The apartment itself was very clean and very comfy. Our host Philippe was very very nice and helpful. he was there almost the whole time and we could reach out to him whenever we needed anything. We will go back to stay at Hotel l´Etape definitely. It is a shame that we couldn´t stay longer this year.

- 3 mins walk to beach - 10 mins walk to a hypermarket, great if you want to cook your own food in the kitchen - great hosts - Philip was very helpful and attentive to our needs - we ended up extending it because we loved our stay - a tip though- book directly at the property or give the owner a call, way cheaper especially for a longer time stay. - the property was in great shape, clean and everything worked! - the shower has the perfect water pressure especially when you take frequent bath from the beach.

- lack of windows, but the owner was kind enough to lend his office fan. - if you are clustrophobic, I would not recommend it.
