Sofia Hotel

Excellent location, right opposite the University of Jordan and close to many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, Taxis and shops. The Junior Suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had good furniture. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our three-night stay. there were not enough towels, or free drinking water. The breakfast was basic with limited options and no juice. Some of the bread appeared to be old. The shower water was difficult to adjust, being either too hot or too cold, and the sink drainage problem was not properly fixed despite reporting it twice. smoking/shisha in the restaurant was uncomfortable. Communication with the hotel was also difficult, as calls and messages were often unanswered.
