Das Frühstück war einseitig

1. Location - it's basically in the beach front, surrounded by gorgeous pine trees. Located in quite village, there was no noise from the outside. Good restaurants are 10 mins walk away (La Nuova Torre, f.ex), or 3 min by car. Easy access to high way and connection to other villages/cities. 2. Lovely view from the room (if you book a room with sea view at least). 3. Free large parking area in the yard in front of hotel, can be locked at night. 4. Lovely good looking hotel, relatively fresh. 5. Friendly host (despite language barrier, communication was manageable). 6. Room cleanliness and room service every day, where they change towels. 7. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. 8. A/C in the room (a bit noisy though, but it works). 9. Stable free wifi. After spending 4 nights there I can say that I am pretty much happy with this hotel. Sure, there are things that could be improved, but on the other hand, you get quite good value for the money. It fitted quite well the purpose of my travel.

1. Overall room size, which is advertised as double room, is 11 sq.m and feels very small even for one person (i travelled solo). 2. Breakfast is very disappointing. Selection is very limited, nothing home made: 3 types of bread (from supermarket), 1 type of cheese, 1 type of ham, cold hard boiled eggs, some jams (small bricks from supermarket), cereals (corn flakes, some ok flakes with dried berries, choco balls) with milk and 3 types of dry cakes (from supermarket), basket with fruits (ok selection), some water-diluted juices. One coffee machine that host fills himself and makes coffee on request. But coffee actually tasted very good. 3. Thin walls between rooms - you can easily hear what your neighbours talk or laugh about. 4. Pillows were too bulky for my head.

Besonders freundliche, nette und bemühte Gastgeber, sehr gute Lage am Strand, recht ruhig und in in einem netten Ort, schöne neu renovierte Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus im privaten Parkplatz, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Frühstück hätte mehr gesunde Speisen wie z.B. vielfältigeres Obstangebot, Eiergerichte beinhalten und abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Il proprietario era molto gentile disponibile. La posizione della struttura era ottima perché stava di fronte alla pineta sul mare

Purtroppo la camera era molto piccola e l'armadio poco capiente. Il frigorifero era molto piccolo, non andava sotto gli 8 gradi e non aveva la ghiacciaia, quindi per i ghiaccioli e il vino abbiamo dovuto chiedere al proprietario che li ha sistemati nel suo frigorifero; non era presente uno stendino (che in posto di mare è essenziale almeno per stendere costumi e teli mare); la colazione era scarsina e un po' dozzinale, ma il proprietario era simpatico e ci faceva sempre il caffe. Sarebbe bastato cambiare ogni tanto il menù, al posto delle uova sode, uova strapazzate con pancetta per esempio.... Altro aspetto negativo il Wi-Fi: non ha funzionato quasi mai. E purtroppo era l'unico modo per connettersi con il mondo esterno visto in albergo non c'è linea. Infine non c'è una vera reception e non sempre in caso di necessità si trova qualcuno.
