Fantastic property, amazing staff, vibrant and we liked the themed nights !

The cakes weren’t good at all, the mashed potatoes could use some more butter. Other than that everything was good.

Personnel à l’accueil pas du tout serviable et manque de Gel douche en chambre.Hôtel payé deux fois dû au fait que ce dernier a été hacké mais aucun geste commercial de leur part!Tout est mis en place pour soutirer des sous(Perte de la carte de l’hôtel —>facturée ).

Layout of resort was very interesting . Never saw one like this before.

Tv was almost unwatchable. The network was not good, although for the most part, the wifi worked even at the private beach.

Very nice location right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the room card would not work one morning the lady cleaning the rooms immediately took the card to the front desk and got a replacement. The restaurant on the beach was really nice. Nice size swimming pool and long stretch beach for walking. Good choice at breakfast.

it takes long before your ordered food is served. we had to wait almost an hour to get served in one instance.

I like everything about the property and the staff are amazing. Tamala will surely be my vacation home.

I think a big cleaning should be done. Especially for the walls, windows, floors and balconies in the rooms and outside

The cleanliness of the hotel is not good. At first sight it looks nice and clean but the walls, floors, windows and balconies are not clean at all, inside and outside. I didn't find the food good at all, we ended up having only pizza and soft drinks. The beach should be cleaned. The all inclusive package is not interesting at all; only some dishes from the menu are included in the all inclusive package and for dessert only the breakfast cake. For any other choice you have to pay.

Everything is excellent. The wifi is really good compared to the other locations that I tried in the area. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, quiet and all the equipment works. My colleague's AC was not working and staff immediately sent technicians who worked a couple of hours to fix it properly. The restaurants/bars are excellent, both buffet and beach bar. The staff is helpful and responsive.

It is a bit on the pricey side but you won't have any issue.

Loved the layout. Friendly service. I booked my initial reservation online and when I showed up they didn't have anymore rooms available, so I was turned away. I rebooked for a few days later. I enjoyed my stay, but I thought the walls were very dirty for this level of hotel. Everything else was good. Nice menu offerings for both dinner and breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at Tamala all the staff were so friendly even down to the staff that cleaned our room. Entertainment at this hotel I give a 5* you just can't be bored at this hotel. They play excellent music! Lots of restaurants/clubs is nearby and taxi stand is right out side hotel. Check out envy club and there is a restaurant next door very plush abit pricey but food is good. I could say so much more! If you want a nice stay in Gambia, stay at Tamala. we booked the swim up pool room facing the pool side you can see all entertainments that go on best view I would say. Big thanks to all the staff down to the managers for making our stay Memorable. Big thanks to Sally she works In the shop in reception.

Only thing for me is the rooms can do with a little TLC a touch of paint.

Without the staff and the sun this resort is a cattle market.....so the staff are lovely

The food is disgusting, they roll over there leftovers from the night before, who has chow mein and roast potatoes for breakfast? And the food is always cold breakfast is basically eggs and beans, coffee is a nightmare....the rooms are a mess paint splashed everywhere, if they clean your room its just surface cleaning no bleach anywhere, the bed is two foam blocks with a topper so you sweat all night, yes they have mosquito nets but there filthy with insects dead from god knows when!! I stripped my bed myself so they would change it, the quilt underneath was covered in blood, im in menopause and haven't bled for 10 years, so i know it wasnt me?! After complaining they didn't change it? The towels are used for the beach and our personal use and worn out with frayed edges stiff as a board and make you feel lousy, the water constantly goes off and is constantly cold, be careful with the bbqs the meat hangs in the sun all day and the rest of the terrines filled with food have 1 tealight candle keeping it warm supposedly, hence the Banjul belly.....me and my party had it 3 times.....these events are also NOT incuded in the packages they provide, so you have to pay extra every time......the beautiful swimming pool that no one is ever in, because its too cold , and full of chemicals that made my eyes sore for 3 days, also.....be very aware of the payments on arrival as the exchange rate tends to make it a bit more in price for your holiday....clever ha?! I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone, it needs health and safety investigations regarding the food and cleanliness, and abta should investigate the way there ripping us all off.......fuming, disappointed 😞
