not a stunning apartment in any sense of the word becoming very jaded in many ways needs a complete revamp the owner needs to take good look round this property

floors creak in all rooms very iritating, toilet seats loose in both bathroom & shower room,shower tray seal gone, bottom tiles loose, black mould creeping up tiles disgusting, shower tray very slippy needs shower mat, oven fan on way out very noisy,microwave very smelly inside,1 cupboard door just about to fall off,bedrooms need curtains some people like to sleep in the dark blinds are hopeless

There was only very small towels in the bath and en-suite

Lovely complex, fitted out to a modern and smart standard. Both highly comfortable and functional

Cannot fault the quality of the accommodation very high standard would highly recommend

The only negative about the place would be the showers in both bathrooms were poor as in no power other than that cannot fault the place

It’s a decent sized apartment

I had to pay a large deposit for this apartment as well as sending my ID including my driving licence. A deposit is pretty normal but I was asked for £175 incase of damages. When I opened the apartment door I was immediately disappointed as there were many existing damages. Holes in the door, smashed wardrobe mirror, cracked tiles in the bathroom, light bulbs that didn’t work, cupboard door in the kitchen and kickboard hanging off. The walls are needing fresh paint as there were dirty marks everywhere and some of the blinds were broken or missing.They had left coffee in a tin however it clearly had been there for a very long time and was unusable. I contacted the property immediately and sent them photos of everything that needed attention. We even had delivery of furniture which arrived when we were there so I had to phone them again to see if I had to accept the delivery. The apartment is listed as being 10 mins from Leeds which is an exaggeration at best. Thankfully the train station is very near so we used that. If an apartment is listed as Stunning then that is what I pay for and expect. Very disappointed,

The broken toaster, the cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen, the leak that created puddles in the kitchen and even though reported nothing was done accept a replacement toaster

The property is not 10 minutes from Leeds. It took over half an hour to get there. Not helpful and cost a fortunate in taxis. So it should not be advertised as such. It’s not an executive apartment. It was dirty, I had to get cleaning products just to clean and make it nice for my family and friends friends. the smoke alarm was hanging from the The ceiling, no fuse In The kettle. The toilets were not cleaned. Someone previous was sick and that was on the outside of the toilet. The cupboard doors in the kitchen broken. Skirting I’m sink Brocken. Sofa very uncomfortable. Not enough towels left for party so had to go and buy some. No shower supplies left or shower gel shampoos etc which is normal. The apartment has not even Been PAT tested which is a requirement under the law when renting out a property. The toaster only one side worked. Btw had to take the fuse out the microwave so the kettle would work. This property should come off bookings.com until the above has been rectified.

The bathrooms in the apartment are very filthy and not clean and the toilet brush are horrible, the mattress and the sheets are not even fit for use. there is nothing stunning executive about the apartment
