Cosy, warm, clean, pet friendly and great location

Central location to town. Great setting and central to countryside in Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. Good variety of local shops. Will recommend to others.
Instructions could of been supplied to facilities in cottage such as cooker and recycling /bin collection etc.

The master bedroom was beautiful and has a great feel to it. Location is right in the town centre. The bath is reasonably sized. Overall, quite a pleasant spot.
The place would benefit from an electrician, lots of lights don't work. The windows and blinds were difficult to operate too. The TV speakers are very tinny. Parking options are limited.

We didn't need the twin room but there must have been an accident on the carpet smell was terrible.I would not have liked to sleep there.
We were left a lovely welcome pack but unfortunately all the coffee's and biscuits were out of date

Although we were absolutely fine. We both did comment the attic room might cause someone with mobility issues a problem with narrow stairs. It was bit awkward with case.

Everything was perfect. The cottage was in a great location, extremely clean & very comfortable. It had everything you needed for a great stay.

The top bedroom had quite a low ceiling, especially if you’re tall!

The stairs to the first floor was a little awkward to climb up or descend.

The location was great -in the heart of the town but quiet. The house was tastefully furnished with good quality furniture and was comfortable.
It would have helped to have some instructions on how to work appliances such as the oven (which we gave up on trying). Although the bathroom was very well appointed, the shower was a bit disappointing and we were unhappy with the cleanliness of the toilet brush. The upstairs bedroom has really low ceiling and the stairs are a bit of a challenge!

Location was perfect. The accomodation was very clean and the facilities were of a high standard.

the property was beautiful and the owners had made the property lovely to stay, adding special touches to make our trip special.

the location was great, so near to shops, restaurants, places of interest. This was our second stay at N.1 Fairbank and we would not hesitate to stay in this lovely cottage again. Hosts were very helpful when we had a slight problem getting the heating on.

We have stayed here several times and we just love it! It is such a homely cottage with great location. We love Kirkby Lonsdale and this is the perfect base for us. This time we were here for my birthday and had such a special weekend. We also love we get free parking here too. We can't wait to be back!
