Sam at the front desk is a dear. Booked a room for the night to be able to soak in a hot tub and let my kids play in the pool. Not only was everything working but the heat was turned up in the tub and sam was more than glad to do it and get us rooms at a great rate that fit my party of 5 that connected.

My stay would have been great but the bathroom was dirty. As in used soap in the bath and the floor was covered in hair and dirt.

This hotel did not update and still has not updated all of the issues that you will have once you book your room. You will pay for a room that you will not get your TV may not work and you may be the one programming it. There is NO hot water! If you're looking for a hot shower skip this place they are using one water heater for all of their rooms. They're swimming pool area looks like a city pool you'll never get in. It is overcrowded with people you don't have a regular place to stay to hop hotel to hotel they seem to get better service than the people that actually pay and are trying to enjoy a good night stay. It was absolutely downright ridiculous we were there less than 5 hours before we checked out and booked a different room at a different Hotel. I paid full price for a room that I was not able to stay in that did not have a working TV and was transferred to a room that didn't have hot water come to find out that nobody has hot water. They don't have an actual manager on site will they do but he hides in the back and has all these people that look like they just came off the street to come behind the counter to tell you whatever he can't tell you. The maintenance man will stand at the front of the office and laugh about all of the problems and then tell you he has none with his room. It's not a place that you want children. Too many people roam all night and day and you don't have to have a key card to get it. It's a great location but an absolute horrible place to stay Baymont by Wyndham has gone downhill so much in the last couple years and I've stayed at this hotel before but that will never stay again I hope this man loses a lot of money in the future he does not deserve the business that he's in.

The hot tub was Luke warm and it was very dark and none of the lights outside our room worked...one pillow was dirty.

There was really nothing about this stay that I liked. For what we paid for there should have more options. Plus when issues were brought to the attention of the attendant I felt like I was a bother.

The room was not clean. There was only one wash cloth in the room. The security door didn't close and latch, allowing anyone to enter the building. The pool area was over ran with kids and no adults around. The breakfast selection was below average. No juice available and dry cereal and no milk. This was just not a good hotel.

There’s NOTHING I liked about this property.

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures were deceiving. The building itself looks old and the interior needs a do over like yesterday.

Breakfast was a challenge finding things. The person we met the night before helped to get us a room w/privacy. She was very helpful.

Walked into an interior pitch black room. Had to use a flashlight to find a lamp .Then noticed the drapes falling off the rods. The frig had a crack down the outside & didn’t cool. We were given a different room. This was the room w/the cracked frig.

The property, rooms, breakfast, everything was in an extremely poor condition. It appears like Furniture in the room hasn’t been cleaned since ages. The breakfast area was so bad, food was stale, eggs were stale. When I requested the manager to provide more eggs, he said they’re out of eggs and he had ordered but couldn’t receive. I trusted Wyndham properties but looks like I shouldn’t have. For the cleanliness, I am going to forward this message to Better Business Bureau and Wyndham Head for stricter actions.
